Usimat-sermees flap valves are well-known and particulary appreciated by end-users for their very high sealing efficiency, even when using in high depression environment, as well as their unrivalled shelf life.

Usimat sermees offer a large range of flap valves, around 3 mains lines :

• SD type : these double flap valves are designed to ensure very high sealing efficiency in high de-pressure environment up to 2000mm WC, as well as high temperature . This high efficiency is provided by conical flap on metal-to-metal contact.

Depending on equipment size, SD type double flap valves may cover flow rate from 1 to 400 m3/h.

Existing models: SD240 – SD350 – SD500 – double coffer SD350 – double coffer SD400

• SL type : pendular valves are suitable for use when flow rate are around 1 to 60 m3/h . The high sealing efficiency is provide by flat flap

Existing models : SL20 serie –SL30 serie –SL40 serie

• OR type : These rotary seals are designed with limited dimensions to ease the integration into industrial processes. OR seals are designed to suit with flow rate up to 125 m3/h and offer high sealing up to 500 WC

Actuated by electric, pneumatic or hydraulic power units depending on the size of the equipment and of the industrial installation.
